The rock and roll artist has finally revealed the date of Friday 3rd November 2017 as the release of her long-awaited debut album, Truth Is A Wolf.
Having already teased fans with the soulful sounds and sights of her ‘Control’ music video just over two months ago, anticipation is quickly building to hear a more solidified body of work.
Announced today, via her mailing list, that you can officially pre-order the album as well as get your hands on various other goodies, such as: signed copy of album on vinyl, personalised polaroids, handwritten setlists and lyric sheets as well as the chance to have Mollie perform an acoustic gig in your house.
It’s clear that Mollie still holds onto parts of her mod heritage, as she revealed that she teamed up with celebrated modfather Paul Weller whilst recording; who appears on two tracks, ‘Truth Is A Wolf’ and ‘King Of Hearts’. The singer-songwriter admits that the album is firmly rock with a grungy feel, taking influence from artists and bands such as Pearl Jam and the recently departed Chris Cornell.
