Brothers Harry and Alfie Hudson-Taylor delighted fans last Friday by dropping the lyric video for their latest track ‘Feel It Again’.
Their debut album Singing For Strangers came out in 2015 to an overwhelming positive reaction from fans and critics alike; with their headline show at Shepherd’s Bush Empire selling out, despite the show preceding the album’s release date.
‘Feel It Again’ sensitively encapsulates feelings of recovering from past mistakes, and embracing all life has to offer. Ultimately the song stands as a message of hope and inner-strength, given the current discussions of mental health following the tragic suicides of Chris Cornell and Chester Bennington, it is a most welcomed and needed message.
Their close harmonies and perceptive lyrics have often seen them compared to the likes of Simon and Garfunkel and Crosby, Stills & Nash; it is clear that the young pair possesses a wealth of talent not only when it comes to their original material but also with their energetic and vibrant live shows.
Having recently performed at Citadel Festival last month in London, and with a recently announced Irish tour, it seems Hudson Taylor are set on spreading the sounds of their greatly anticipated second album.
